About This Request
You may request the deletion of your SmartTrack account and the personal data associated with it (including historical location records, device identifiers, and login credentials). Once we receive and verify your request, we will permanently remove the data from our active systems within a reasonable processing period.
Important: SmartTrack is provided to drivers under a contractual relationship with a fleet operating company. If your account was created by your employer, deletion of operational records may also require approval by that operating company in accordance with applicable labor and tax laws.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your driver account and login credentials
- Your device identifier (Android ID / serial) associated with the account
- Historical GPS location records linked to your account
- Any personal data submitted through support requests
What May Be Retained
- Records that we are legally required to keep (e.g., tax, labor, or regulatory obligations).
- Aggregated and anonymized statistics that no longer identify you personally.
